Version 2026-08-22 · Last updated: 22 August 2026
These terms form a contract between Agentic Money Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16358130) trading as WizMarks ("we", "us", "our"), and the person purchasing a subscription ("you", "the subscriber"). Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at any time at hello@wizmarks.co.uk.
The subscriber must be aged 18 or over and, where the account is used by a child, must be that child's parent or legal guardian.
WizMarks provides an online 11+ exam-preparation platform for children, including practice questions, an AI tutor, and a progress dashboard (the "Service"). One subscription covers one child account.
Where we describe the Service as offering "unlimited practice", this means there is no cap on how often or for how long your child may use the Service. The question bank is large but finite and is expanded over time. The adaptive tutor deliberately re-serves questions your child has seen before — including questions previously answered correctly — because spaced re-practice of mastered material is part of how the Service builds long-term retention.
The subscription fee is £9.99 per month (inclusive of VAT where applicable). Every subscription starts with a 30-day free trial (clause 4): no payment is taken on the day you subscribe. The first payment is taken on the day the trial ends, and payment then renews automatically on the same calendar day each month. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Every new subscription includes a 30-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends, and cancelling before the trial end date (clause 6) means you are never charged. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial end date; we email you a reminder three days before the trial ends.
This waiver applies only to the statutory cooling-off right and does not limit your right to cancel future billing under clause 6.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (accessible from your account page). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date and no partial refunds are issued for unused days in the final period.
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. A 7-day grace period is granted during which the Service remains accessible. If payment is not received within the grace period, access is suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. We reserve the right to terminate the subscription after 14 days of continued non-payment.
We may change the subscription price by giving you at least 30 days' written notice by email to the address associated with your account. The new price takes effect from your next renewal date after the notice period expires. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect. No price increase will apply to your subscription before the first anniversary of your subscription start date — the price you sign up at is locked for your whole first year.
Subject to any statutory rights that cannot be excluded, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue a goodwill refund in exceptional circumstances (for example, a significant technical failure on our part preventing access for more than 72 consecutive hours).
All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, and software, is owned by or licensed to WizMarks. A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your child's private educational purposes only.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes our child-safety commitments and is written to meet the ICO's Age-Appropriate Design Code. You have rights of access, rectification, and erasure — contact us at hello@wizmarks.co.uk.
WizMarks is a preparation and practice tool. While we work hard to support your child's learning, we do not guarantee, promise, or imply any particular outcome — including any specific exam result, score, pass, or offer of a place at any school. Exam performance depends on many factors outside our control. Nothing on the Service or in our marketing should be read as a warranty of exam success.
We take significant care in preparing and reviewing our practice questions, answers, and explanations, but with a large question bank we cannot guarantee that every item is free from error or ambiguity. The Service is provided "as is" for practice purposes. If you or your child believe a question is wrong or unclear, please report it through the Service or contact support, and we will review and correct it promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, or for loss of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. If we make a material reduction in functionality we will give you reasonable notice and the option to cancel without penalty.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, in our Service, or in how we operate. Each version is dated and numbered at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will give you at least 30 days' written notice by email to the address associated with your account before the new terms take effect. If you do not wish to continue under the new terms, you may cancel under clause 6 before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your rights) may take effect immediately on posting.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
